Job Description

Reporting To - AVP

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and approval on cashless/Reimbursement claims
  • Scrutiny and ICD coding
  • Issuing letters for additional medical information
  • Informing / consulng HOD in case of any major decision
  • Providing assistance to the MU team and resolving grievances related to medical queries

Key Requirements - Education & Certification

Doctors Degree Mandatory

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

  • Good communication Skill
  • 1+ Experience in Health Insurance/Insurance broker/ TPA
  • Comfortable for roaster holidays
