Job Description
Reporting To - AVP
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluation and approval on cashless/Reimbursement claims
- Scrutiny and ICD coding
- Issuing letters for additional medical information
- Informing / consulng HOD in case of any major decision
- Providing assistance to the MU team and resolving grievances related to medical queries
Key Requirements - Education & Certification
Doctors Degree Mandatory
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
- Good communication Skill
- 1+ Experience in Health Insurance/Insurance broker/ TPA
- Comfortable for roaster holidays
