Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving excellence in patient care, streamlining workflows, and spearheading growth initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, strong operational acumen, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize hospital operations, ensuring world-class patient care and efficiency.
Develop and execute strategies for the expansion of non-cardiac specialties.
Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements.
Enhance patient experience by improving clinical and administrative processes.
Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain the highest quality standards.
Oversee infrastructure, IT, and facilities to support hospital growth and modernization.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
Build and mentor high-performing teams across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, including at least 5 years leading a P&L.
Must possess an MBA / MHA / PGDM.
Experience in digital transformation and operational automation in healthcare is a plus.
