Problem Solving

Undertake numerical analysis and manipulation using a range of systems and tools:
Databricks (PySpark, Data Pipelines), Python & Azure Devops Experience (Essential)
Test Frameworks and Governance management (Essential)
Financial Reporting experience (Desirable)
Workflow development experience (Desirable)
Seek and act on opportunities to develop technical and business understanding.
Suggest and support process improvement initiatives

Strong team player, with ability to work in a team or on a project
Good level of interpersonal and networking skills, to develop effective working relationships with team colleagues and internal/external business contacts.
Work closely with colleagues at different geographical location, ensuring seamless communications
Liaise with development, business and systems support teams

Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
Ability to deliver on multiple tasks to demanding timescales
Communicate effectively with others, develop positive networks and working relationships
Flexible approach to responsibilities, working hours, and willing to travel if required
