Job Description
Job Purpose: The role supports the design, enhancement, and execution of scalable Talent Acquisition processes, adoption of PeopleStrong ATS, development of analytics dashboards, improvement of referral channels, and governance of talent assessment & mentorship programs. This position will be central to making TA tech-enabled, insight-led, and process-driven, directly contributing to organizational goals of improving quality of hire and reducing ageing of open positions.
Role & responsibilities
Process Enhancement & Governance of Talent Acquisition processes.
- Support in Reviewing, strengthening, and standardizing SOPs for hiring
TA Technology & ATS Management
- Configure workflows, forms, interview questionnaires, and automations.
- Ensure accurate data capture and system hygiene.
- Conduct regular training and refreshers for TA and business stakeholders.
TA Reporting & Analytics
- Build advanced TA dashboards (Power BI/Excel) covering fulfilment trends, ageing, source mix, funnel stages, productivity, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for TA leadership and business heads.
- Generate predictive insights for roles at risk, ageing hotspots, or conversion gaps.
Program Management (Current & New Initiatives)
End to end program management with a focus on structured assessments & mentorship sessions.
Strengthen and institutionalize a referral engine for consistent high-quality hiring.
Track referral funnel and ensure speedy processing (TAT benchmarks).
Ensure referral workflows in PeopleStrong are simplified, automated, and well-governed
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong command over Talent Acquisition processes
- Hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar visualization tools, ATS platforms (PeopleStrong preferred), managing database-like structures (CSV,Excel, exports from ATS)
- Process design & audit skills
- Data interpretation and insight generation
- Strong program management capability
- Detail oriented with high ownership
- Analytical, structured, and disciplined in execution
- Strong stakeholder management
