Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely equity recommendations to help clients optimize their portfolios.
- Generate brokerage revenue through effective advisory and market-driven strategies.
- Build, strengthen, and retain strong relationships with existing clients; onboard and convert new clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, research insights, and economic developments.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance, risk controls, and advisory protocols.
- Actively cross-sell financial products such as Insurance, SIPs, and Mutual Funds to deepen client engagement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with basic knowledge of financial products & services
- Candidates from BFSI Industry preferred
- Fresher's / Candidates with up to 2 years of experience
