Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Advisory & Trading Support
- Provide timely and accurate investment advice on Equity, and Derivatives market segments.
- Execute trades for clients with proper consent as per regulatory guidelines Online/Offline.
- Track market trends, news, and research to support client decision-making.
- Share daily market updates, calls, and research reports with clients.
2. Relationship Management
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial discussions with existing clients.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent engagement and high-quality service.
- Reactivate dormant clients and increase client activation Monthly and Daily.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Drive TPP sales including Insurance, Bonds, Mutual Funds, PMS and other in-house financial products.
- Achieve monthly brokerage and revenue targets.
- Promote relevant advisory services and enhance overall client value.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure 100% adherence to all SEBI, Exchange, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow internal processes for trades and client interactions.
- Actively participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
