Job Description CAP Advisor (iQue CAP)
- Sourcing and Onboarding the Agents
- Guide potential Agents by educating them on funding opportunities, risk levels, and returns.
- Understand and explain short-term, long-term, equity and franchise investment models clearly.
- Act as a bridge between Agents and IQUE CAP by recommending suitable opportunities based on investor profile.
- Analyze pitch decks, cap tables, burn rate, and runway to evaluate startup viability.
- Build trust-based relationships with through clarity, transparency, and follow-ups.
- Present investment plans in simple, non-technical language tailored to each investors risk appetite.
- Coordinate with the iQue CAP backend team for documentation, onboarding, and deal closure.
- Maintain organized tracking of leads, Agents conversations, and deal progress.
- Stay updated on startup ecosystem trends and new investment opportunities.
- Earn commission-based income by successfully closing investor deals with
Required Skills s Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate own leads
- Hindi is Mandatory
- Strong sales and convincing ability
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of finance or investments (preferred)
- Experience in sales, real estate, Finance
- Only experienced people can apply .Preferred candidate profile
