Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent leadership skills, with 6-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of IT Services & Consulting principles and practices. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
