Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil/Mechanical Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Faade Design Engineers in developing faade system drawings, layouts, and technical details.
• Learn to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into buildable faade concepts.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and performance specifications.
• Help prepare faade design presentations and technical documentation for internal and consultant reviews.
• Participate in design coordination meetings between architecture, structure, and MEP teams.
• Study faade performance parameters such as thermal insulation, air-water tightness, acoustic control, and structural safety.
• Support the design team in maintaining drawing databases, material libraries, and document control systems.
• Continuously learn and adopt new design tools, parametric modeling software, and digital workflows.

Requirements:

• B.E / B.Tech- Civil/Mechanical (2023-2025 year pass-outs)
• Strong interest in Faade Design/Faade Execution/ Real Estate /Construction Industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
