Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monitoring construction activities as instructed by Package Manager - including progress and quality, work flow sequence, coordinating contractor payments, safety and quality compliance
• Learn new softwares /skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways/improvement areas in current working/system
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills.
• Support the team to get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager, understand the same and prepare planning for resources
• Keep weekly record for productivity and wastage, if any
• Supervise quality workmanship and avoid rework
• Learn about performance requirements of the faade systems and participate in the testing of the systems
• Understand the materials being used and how to control the supply of the correct materials to site

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech- Civil/Mechanical (2024-2025 year pass-outs)
• Strong interest in Faade Execution/ Real Estate /Construction Industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
