Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and then conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging video content.
Produce live-action videos, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to capture high-quality footage.
Create 2D animations and motion graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar.
Incorporate stock footage effectively into video projects to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
Record screencast videos, ensuring clarity and coherence in presenting software applications or digital processes.
Develop whiteboard animation videos, employing creative illustration and animation techniques to convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.
Produce hybrid videos that combine different visual elements to achieve desired outcomes.
Edit and enhance video content, including color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging across all projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply creative thinking to solve problems and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Maintain proficiency in video production equipment and software, and ensure compliance with copyright laws and licensing requirements for media assets.
Ideal Profile:

Proven experience of at least two years in video production with a diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in live-action videos, 2D animation, motion graphics, and other relevant formats.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, and animation principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Strong graphic design abilities with a keen eye for typography, layout, color theory, and composition, enabling the creation of visually striking graphics, titles, and overlays for video projects.
