Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will own digital growth end-to-endfrom lead generation to appointment conversion.

This is not a branding-only role. Your success will be measured by qualified leads, bookings, CAC, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Primary)

Own paid acquisition across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Search, YouTube

Drive appointment bookings and walk-ins for clinics

Manage budgets, CAC targets, ROAS, and lead quality

Continuously test creatives, hooks, audiences, and funnels

2. Funnel & Conversion Optimisation

Improve landing pages, lead forms, WhatsApp flows, and call conversions

Work closely with the telecalling / ops team to improve lead-to-visit ratio

Track drop-offs and fix leakage in the funnel

3. Content for Growth

Guide creation of performance-led content (reels, ads, testimonials, doctor videos)

Collaborate with founders, doctors, and clinic teams for authentic content

Turn patient stories into high-converting growth assets

4. Analytics & Reporting

Track metrics like CPL, CAC, booking rate, show-up rate

Build weekly dashboards and actionable insights

Use data to decide what to scale and what to kill

5. Local & Hyperlocal Growth

Support Google My Business (GMB) optimisation for clinics

Drive city- and locality-level growth campaigns

Coordinate online + offline efforts (events, referrals, partners)

What Were Looking For

  • 4 - 7 years experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
  • Has scaled lead-driven businesses (healthcare, education, real estate, D2C a plus)
  • Understands numbers + psychology (ads that convert, not just look good)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making
  • High ownership mindsetthinks like a founder, not an agency executor

  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp & call-based conversion
  • Ability to simplify complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging
