Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) company. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content, and assisting with event planning to enhance brand awareness and drive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and events).
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Content Management:
- Create, edit, and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
- Maintain the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Social Media Coordination:
- Manage the company s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to improve strategies.
- Event Planning:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Handle logistics, materials, and follow-up communications related to events.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Compile and present findings to support marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized marketing services when necessary.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain marketing budgets and track expenses for campaigns and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the marketing team and management.
- CRM and Database Management:
- Assist in managing the company s CRM system to ensure accurate data on leads and clients.
- Support lead generation efforts by segmenting and targeting audiences effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in the legal or outsourcing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytics.
- Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Conditions
