Position Overview : The Sleep Company is revolutionizing comfort with our innovative SmartGRID technology, redefining sleep and sitting experiences. We are a fast-growing D2C brand, bringing science-backed comfort solutions to millions.

Role Overview We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to drive our brand collaborations with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders. You will play a key role in executing influencer-led campaigns, building relationships, and amplifying our brand presence across social media.

Key Responsibilities :

• Influencer Outreach & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute influencer-led marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Budget & Negotiation: Manage influencer marketing budgets, negotiate collaborations, and ensure ROI-driven partnerships.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements :

1+ years of experience in social media or influencer marketing for D2C products or consumer tech brands.

Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media trends, and content strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
