Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution Coordination
  • Execute marketing plans shared by the Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate with content, design, video, digital, sales, and field teams
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies
  • Ensure campaigns go live as planned across platforms
2. Internal Communication Follow-ups
  • Share briefs, consolidate feedback, and close loops between teams
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure task completion
  • Prepare MOMs, trackers, and status updates
  • Escalate risks, delays, or dependency issues proactively
3. Vendor Partner Management
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, events, logistics, and activations
  • Handle artwork sharing, revisions, and final output coordination
  • Support quotation collection, PO processing, and vendor documentation
4. Marketing Operations Reporting
  • Maintain trackers for: Campaign execution, Asset inventories, etc
  • Collect data from digital and offline teams
  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and campaign reports

5. Offline On-Ground Marketing Support
  • Coordinate school, coaching, event, and retail activations
  • Manage material requirements, dispatches, and stock tracking
  • Ensure branding consistency across offline touchpoints
6. Process Compliance
  • Maintain marketing calendars, SOPs, and documentation
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed during execution
  • Improve efficiency through better workflows and checklists
Must-Have
  • Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
Good-to-Have
  • Exposure to digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp tools)
  • Event or on-ground activation experience
  • Experience in education, publishing, or FMCG marketing
Experience Qualification
  • 5 7 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution roles
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
