Job Description
- End-to-End Accounting:
- Handle complete accounting operations for real estate projects, including entries, reconciliations, MIS, and preparation of financial statements.
- Manage and oversee the finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Be well-versed with all taxation rules applicable to the real estate industry (GST, TDS, RERA-related finance aspects, etc.).
- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and supervise the accounting team.
- Review team tasks, ensure accuracy, and provide necessary training/support.
- Core Management Support:
- Act as a core team member supporting senior management in financial decision-making.
- Provide accurate financial insights to help drive organizational growth.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Financial Controls & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, cash flow statements, budgets, and variance reports.
