Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, with 2-7 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving product quality and user experience.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to enhance technical support capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of computer operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and devices like routers and switches.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced technical support environment.
