APA Engineering

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and validate process design documents including PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and calculation reports.
Support equipment and piping design with accurate process data and specifications.
Ensure adherence to relevant engineering standards, codes, and project guidelines.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation) to ensure alignment of process deliverables.
Participate in technical reviews, HAZOPs, and design verification activities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors / Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
3 - 10 years of relevant process engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat & mass transfer.
Hands-on experience with COMOS software
Also Hands-on experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II) is preferred.
Proficiency in preparing and checking engineering calculations and reports.
Familiarity with international design codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO and DIN EN codes).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
