Job Description :

Identifying potential supplier s daily/weekly/monthly related to all necessary materials for the production process.
Creating and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
Assess supplier performance daily/weekly/monthly and resolve any supplier-related issues.
Checking purchase requisitions daily/weekly/monthly from different departments as per their specific requirements and converting them into purchase orders.
Assigning purchase orders daily/weekly/monthly with suppliers and tracking the status of orders to adhering timely delivery.
Checking inventory levels balance between meeting production demands and minimizing holding costs.
Adhering all procurement activities compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with internal departments to understand their needs and align procurement activities with overall company objectives.
