Job Description
Role Summary:
Leads the design and architecture of enterprise-grade MDM solutions using Reltio, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with pharmaceutical business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end architecture for Reltio MDM implementation across person, product, and regulatory domains.
- Design data models, entity relationships, and integration patterns.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
- Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and performance optimization.
- Guide development teams and ensure best practices in Reltio configuration and deployment.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience in data management.
- 5+ years specifically in architecting and implementing Reltio MDM solutions.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical data ecosystems, including familiarity with clinical, regulatory, and commercial data domains.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, API management, and data integration.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
Certifications (Preferred/Required):
- Reltio Certified Architect (preferred or required depending on seniority level)
- Reltio Certified Developer (as a foundational prerequisite)
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer)
