We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with domain expertise in AEC, Mechanical, Civil, andPLM systems. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape solutions thatsimplify complex engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:-

Elicit and document business requirements through client meetings, research, and data analysis.
Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate domain knowledge into actionable insights for software development teams.
Assist in product roadmap planning and solution design.
Evaluate existing workflows and propose digital transformation strategies.
Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, or equivalent).

2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Mechanical Design, Civil Engineering, or PLM.

Solid understanding of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) and/or PLM systems (e.g.,Autodesk Fusion Manage).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with software product development life cycles.

Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools.

Client-facing experience or consulting background.
