Job Description
As an Operations Lead at SharePal, you will be responsible for managing the Operations of a particular location/category effectively & efficiently. The primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage the daily order book and ensuring timely delivery & pick-up of the orders.
- Quality control of outbound orders before delivery & inbound orders upon receipt.
- Booking couriers on a web dashboard - selecting the best as per speed & cost.
- Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues.
- Supervising order packaging as per the packaging guidelines
- Assisting the operations manager with status updates and reconciliation of inflow/outflow orders
- Coordinate internally with customer care on any order-related issues.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome
- B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills. English & Hindi
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
