Product Designer (1-3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who blends a strong sense of product thinking with an eye for detail in design execution. Youll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to design scalable and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our design system and ensuring consistency, usability, and performance across the product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Translate user and business needs into elegant, usable interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product flows, interaction patterns, and feature priorities.

Create and maintain scalable Design Systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.

Use strong product thinking to simplify complex problems into meaningful, actionable solutions.

Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and stakeholder walkthroughs to validate and refine experiences.

Collaborate in building frameworks for UX metrics, ensuring every design decision drives measurable impact.

Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UX, UI, and front-end technologies.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience designing digital products

Proficiency in Figma and experience working with component libraries and design systems.

Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.

Experience designing for data-heavy dashboards, enterprise products, or multi-role user systems.

Ability to work independently with ownership while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience working in agile environments with Developers and Product Managers.

Excellent communication and documentation skills — clarity in articulating design rationale and decisions.

A portfolio showcasing strong product thinking, problem-solving, and high-quality UI design.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, ProtoPie).

Understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Flutter, etc.) for better design-to-dev handoff.
