Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Own strategy & roadmap for Internal Developer Platform, SRE, DEVOps, Cloud Transformation & AIOps
- Lead large-scale multi-cloud migrations (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes modernization
- Build enterprise SRE platform: observability, chaos engineering, SLOs, error budgets
- Design and deliver AIOps capabilities (ML anomaly detection, predictive scaling, self-healing)
- Lead and mentor a 10 member global platform/SRE team
- Drive FinOps, security, compliance-as-code, and production excellence
Must-Have Skills
- 15 to 18 years in total experience
- 8 to 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform leadership
- Expert in Kubernetes at scale, GitOps, service mesh
- Built enterprise observability + AIOps (Dynatrace, Datadog AI, Moogsoft or custom ML)
- Hands-on IaC (Terraform Enterprise/Crossplane), Backstage or equivalent IDP
- Strong coding (Go/Python), CI/CD at scale, security tooling
Secondary Skills
- GenAI/LLM use in operations
- Speaking at KubeCon/SREcon, patents, FinOps experience
