Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

* Post job requirements on various job portals and social media platforms

* Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

* Support on boarding and joining formalities for new hires

* Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports

* Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns

Key Skills Required:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good understanding of recruitment cycle and HR functions
