Job Description
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- HR Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
