Job Title: Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecast preparation, and long-range planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect financial data and validate assumptions.

3. Accounting & Controls

• Assist with general ledger entries, reconciliations, and closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal control, accounting standards, and audit.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes.

4. Cash & Treasury Management

• Support monitoring of cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and treasury reporting.

5. Business Finance / FP&A

• Work with business units on cost analysis, pricing & profitability assessment,
• Provide insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

6. Rotational Program Exposure

• Rotate across areas such as accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, and operations finance.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and digital finance initiatives (automation, dashboards, ERP usage).

7. Billing/AR/ Taxation

• Customer Billing
• Accounts Receivable
• Direct and Indirect Taxation

Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting / Finance.
• CA/CMA Foundation/Inter

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
