Responsibility:

Business Consulting:

• Lead business consulting engagements across logistics and network optimization functions
• Manage projects focused on optimizing the supply chain network, such as conducting facility location studies for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants, analyzing transportation routes, and developing inventory placement strategies.
• Supervise the implementation of logistics solutions, including TMS, fleet management systems, yard management, and real-time visibility platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to convert business requirements into effective supply chain solutions.
• Lead consulting engagements, guiding clients in envisioning solutions and developing strategic roadmaps.
• Assess logistics and network optimization functions during client engagements to identify and recommend transformation opportunities.
• Must have exposure to any other supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, S2P etc.
• Must have exposure to any optimization platforms such as Llamasoft, JDA, Anylogistix, BY etc.

Business Development Support:

• Support client partners and CRMs in preparing responses to proposals (RFP/RFI)
• Formulate and execute Go-To-Market strategies to expand business opportunities.
• Partner with current account teams to proactively identify potential consulting opportunities.
• Assist leadership team with client pursuits by conducting market research and developing points of view.

Thought Leadership:

• Develop thought leadership in supply chain management and manufacturing through white papers, webinars, and connections with analysts.

Peoples Development:

• Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Establish annual goals, conduct appraisals, provide mentoring, training, and guidance related to career development.
• Participate in the hiring process and support efforts to attract, develop, and retain associates or team members.

Other requirements (good to have):

• Project management experience.
• Experience in dealing / managing international clients
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and presentation in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and presentation in client-facing roles.
• Previous employment experience with any Tier-1 management consulting firm
• Knowledge of industry, research, or benchmarking resources in relevant fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sense of accountability and a constructive approach.
