Job Description : Head Cook (Promoter Bungalow)

Position : Head Cook

Location : Promoter Bungalow

Employment Type : Full-time | In-house (Residential)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve authentic Sindhi, Rajasthani, South Korean, and Thai cuisines
• Plan daily menus as per promoter preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions
• Maintain exceptional standards of taste, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Manage kitchen operations including ingredient planning, storage, and inventory control
• Coordinate with household/admin team for guest meals, events, and special functions
• Minimise food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients
• Supervise kitchen helpers or junior staff, if assigned
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Promoter Bungalow protocols

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience as a Head Cook in Bungalow, luxury villas, or Private Chef / Personal Chef , premium hospitality environments
• Proven expertise in Sindhi, Rajasthani, South Korean, and Thai cuisines (practical cooking experience mandatory)
• Knowledge of special diets, health-focused meals, and ingredient sourcing
• Strong understanding of hygiene standards and safe kitchen practices
• Calm, disciplined, and respectful behaviour
• Ability to handle feedback positively and adapt to changing requirements
