We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance/Accounts Executive to join our team and support our financial operations, Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Prepare financial statements and periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions, Process invoices promptly and accurately, Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and clearance, Update and maintain internal financial systems with relevant data, Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy, Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion, Support budget preparation and financial planning activities, Undertake any ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by management, Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce with 3-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, secretarial work, and audits, Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skills, Experienced in handling accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet objectives, Comfortable communicating directly with auditors and providing necessary information, High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly, Why Join Us
