Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical understanding and proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely updates, and maintain project documentation with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Prepare and publish daily status reports, dashboards, and project updates.
Maintain and track work items, sprints, and project progress using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirements and deliverables are met.
Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance processes.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Strong understanding of technology, software development processes, and SDLC.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps boards, pipelines, and dashboards.
Proven ability to publish structured and clear project status reports.
Scrum Certified (CSM/PSM or equivalent).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
