Role & responsibilities -

• Facilitate self-development by enrolling in and completing online courses from platforms such as Udemy or Percepio; regularly present and share insights gained from these courses and relevant books with the team
• Conduct monthly review meetings with zonal heads to identify training requirements, track progress, and ensure all critical skills are being addressed effectively in ongoing training sessions
• Design and deliver targeted training programs for various teams, including advisory, sales, business development, and FOCO, leveraging methods like roleplays, hot seat sessions, and specialized soft skills workshops
• Drive digital learning engagement by promoting participation in e-learning initiatives and monitoring completion rates among employees
• Organize and lead iExcel or equivalent skills development sessions every six months to enhance both functional and soft skills within the advisory team, ensuring consistent up skilling and professional growth

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in Broking Background. Experience in sales role would be added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in BMS, BFM or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and development will be a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt the training approach to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using training tools, learning management systems (LMS)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel to the locations to train employees & do stakeholder management
• Should have demonstrated capability to build and develop organizational talent
