Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core and REST Web Services. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing our technical solutions. Experience in Procure to Pay Payroll Finance and Accounting is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different system components.
• Provide technical expertise in Spring Core to optimize application functionality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement best practices in software development to maintain high-quality code and reduce technical debt.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Guide junior developers in technical tasks fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve overall code quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and future upgrades.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all technical implementations.
• Optimize system performance through regular assessments and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core and REST Web Services.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Procure to Pay Payroll Finance and Accounting as a nice to have.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in technical documentation and code review processes.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
