Job Description:

1. Partner with Head-L&D to drive vision and long-term strategy in alignment with business priorities.
2. Develop and deliver high impact sales training programs focused on luxury selling, high-value transaction handling and service excellence.
3. Design engaging and brand-aligned content.
4. Act as the key L&D business partner to identify training needs.
5. Manage end-to-end roll out of learning programs.
6. Define success metrics and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance tracking surveys and ROI analysis.
7. Develop structured learning pathways and succession programs.
8. Ensure that all learning interventions reflect the luxury retail brand.
9. Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members.
10. Provide direction, mentoring and leadership to the team, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.

Desired Skills Trainer (Luxury Retail: Jewelry/Fashion)

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

2. Proven experience as a trainer in the luxury retail industry, preferably in jewelry or fashion.

3. Strong knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and industry trends.

4. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

5. Ability to engage and motivate learners in a group setting.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and impact.

8. Proficiency in virtual training tools and learning management systems.

9. Willingness to travel across regional locations as required.
