Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience for our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, engaging interfaces.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs.
• Translate business and user needs into data-driven design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design culture and
• best practices across teams.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience in prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, Framer, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile ecosystems (responsive and native).
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or data visualization projects is a plus.
• Experience in designing enterprises or SaaS platforms.
