Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base in the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on research findings.
  3. Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients and conduct needs assessments to propose tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  4. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
    • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  6. Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
    • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into contracts.
    • Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and address any concerns.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the legal or outsourcing industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Travel Requirements: May require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
