Job Description :-

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Formulate ideas and strategies of digital marketing to promote the regional business.
Implement social media strategy and engage and expand the company's audience; leverage content on existing and emerging platforms.
Plan and execute marketing calendar, marketing projects and campaigns.
Ideation and creation of collateral, distribute them in various media and social platforms and measure its impact and effectiveness.
Create and manage marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms to boost revenue for products.
Optimize and grow existing digital channels and recommend new ones to increase traffic and brand awareness.

Media Coordination

Review and actively manage website and other online assets and sources.
Coordinate with central digital marketing team to communicate and share insights.
Implement Pan India level campaigns organized by Central team by understanding the requirement and communicating with the stores.
Act as a mediator between stores and central team to communicate store requirements.
Plan for digital marketing strategies at the time of new store launch.
Analyze market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.

Customer Feedback

Responsible for managing online reputation of the assigned region and ensure timely resolution of complaints and feedback.
Handle ORM by managing google business reviews and ensure acknowledging replies of customers in a timely manner.

Reports & MIS

To generate reports as per functional requirements.
Work closely with website maintenance team in order to ensure timely updating of store page and any offer page.
