Office Location: Gurugram - WFO-5 Days.

Shift: 9AM to 9PM.

Role & responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) Accrual and Invoice Lifecycle Management
• Manage the complete lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation and accrual to invoice processing and closure.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions to support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Collaborate with procurement and accounts payable teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor open POs and invoices to prevent aging and ensure financial hygiene across systems.
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Expenditure Control
• Lead the revision and optimization of PO budgets and forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with other departments to track actuals against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to explain deviations from forecast and budget.
• Present financial insights and trends to Country and Regional Finance Heads, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Audit Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to PO and invoice processes.
• Prepare audit documentation, respond to queries, and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Work across multiple time zones to support finance teams in Europe and North America.
• Adapt to flexible schedules to meet critical deadlines and support global finance initiatives and stakeholder management

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of PO and invoice processes, financial reporting cycles, and audit protocols.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in global team environments.
