Job Description

Qualification: DME/BE in Mechanical or Production
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Purpose
Responsible to handle All Machinery & water pump Maintenance at construction Project site.
To be responsible for overall utility & building Maintenance of site project.
To complete activities on time.
To be responsible of Quality Work.
To minimize the downtime at all machinery & plant.

Main Responsibilities:

1) Execution
To ensure Project machinerys repairing and maintenance work.
To do optimum use at available resources.
To do preventive maintenance at all machinery & plant.
To Schedule & Monitor the Progress of the work as per plan given by Management.
To Co-Ordinate between machinery operator related to safety work.
To ensure & check machinery working conditions with internal and external structure.
To do Workout of quantities.
To prepare the requirement of Material as per Schedule & Progress.
To certify contractors Bills.
To communicate all the necessary information from Senior Staff to JR Staff.
To make effective communication with OEM.

2) Documentation
To maintain all check sheet & fuel quantity per month& machinery scheduled servicing records & machinery working location & records. Spare parts billing records.
To Prepare Machinery records on monthly basis.

3) Work Quality
To maintain standard work quality in coordination with QC department and act on report from QC department if any.
To check raw material quality in coordination with QC/Store department.

4) Safety
To ensure safety & housekeeping work environment at work place.
To motivate working team for safety & ensure zero accident take place.
To ensure safety appliances are used & coordinate with safety officer.
