Role & responsibilities

To lead and manage the commercial aspects of mall operations, including leasing support, revenue optimization, tenant relations, and coordination with marketing, legal, and facilities teams. The DGM will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the mall with a strategic focus on enhancing footfall, brand mix, and overall profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

Mall Operations:
Deep knowledge of end-to-end mall management, including facility management, tenant coordination, customer service, SOP compliance, safety protocols, security, housekeeping, parking, and technical maintenance.
Commercial Operations:
Proven ability to drive revenue streams through leasing support, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) recovery, utilities billing, promotional income, parking revenue, and event-based monetization. Skilled in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and contract management.
Tenant Relationship Management:
Experience in onboarding, managing, and retaining key tenants while ensuring consistent communication, resolving grievances, and supporting performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Ability to work closely with leasing, marketing, legal, facilities, and finance teams to align operational execution with business goals.
Performance Monitoring:
Proficient in using data-driven insights (footfall analytics, sales reports, rental yields) to assess mall performance and optimize commercial outcomes.
