Job Description

We Are Hiring Shift Engineer Electrical Maintenance

Location: Endurance Technologies Ltd, B-20 Plant, Chakan, Pune
Plant Level | Reporting To: Maintenance Head
Openings: 4 Positions
Level: Engineer to Senior Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Diploma (DEE) / BE in Electrical or Electronics
Experience: 4 to 6 years in Electrical Maintenance
Age: 24 to 32 years

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with CNC machines and their maintenance
Working knowledge of ACBs (Air Circuit Breakers) and compressors
Experience with LT and HT electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot, inspect, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Familiarity with control panels, electrical drawings & diagrams
Proficiency in electrical safety standards and testing tools
SAP knowledge for maintenance reporting and tracking
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reports

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, compressors, circuit breakers, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in LT/HT systems to ensure minimal downtime
Adhere to all electrical safety protocols during operations
Maintain proper records and logs in SAP and generate basic maintenance reports
