Job Description
Responsibilities Key Deliverables
- Claim Management - Preparation of monthly incentive schemes along with RSMs, Check eligibility and process claims as per achievements of targets
- Share schemes to Market, Digital team, Zonal office and accounts
- Work with Zonal and Marketing accounts to settle claims
- Handling settlement of Govt incentive on time
- Vendor code creation sales incentive disbursement
- Collection of unconditional NDC from dealers
- Conduct dealer audit as per standard checklist and report findings
- Seek clarifications from the concerned on the open points and ensure updation/closure by concerned in the portal
- Ensure statutory compliance for commercial discipline at AO level
- Order placement in SAP basis Business plan and Stock
- Prepare and Share MIS with ASMs/ RSMs for billing, collection towards LFADs, clearance of outstanding
- Ensure Bank Guarantee renewal for specific dealers in time
- Create receipts in system against TA/ RTGS/ payments etc
- Respond to dealer for account, sales and commercial queries
- Follow up with DMS, DCM, GST team to address dealer concerns
- Conduct dealer accounts meeting, GST reconciliation meetings
- Share dealer evaluation reports and monthly commercial dashboard

At least 5-8 years of commercial experience in Automobile industry
