Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketing & Credit Control Executive to join our team. This multifaceted role involves direct sales, marketing coordination, and credit control operations. The candidate will be responsible for selling products directly from the warehouse by calling a list of assigned clients, driving seller engagement, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing collections and credit-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement:

Sell products from the warehouse by calling assigned clients and converting leads into orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and offers.
Create and maintain a tracker for seller outreach and engagement to monitor effectiveness.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and communications with clients.
Generate and analyze aging reports and flag high-risk accounts to management.
Schedule monthly review meetings to evaluate sales performance, seller engagement, and collections.
