Job Title: AI-Powered Digital & Social Media Executive

Role Overview

As an AI-Powered Digital & Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of modern marketing, blending creative storytelling with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for executing our digital strategy and managing our social media presence, leveraging AI tools to scale content production, optimize campaign performance, and uncover deep audience insights. In this role, you aren't just scheduling posts; you are the "human-in-the-loop," ensuring that AI-generated efficiencies always align with our brand voice, cultural nuances, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Content Creation: Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI) to rapidly ideate, draft, and design high-quality copy, graphics, and short-form video concepts across various digital platforms.
Social Media Management & Scheduling: Own the end-to-end social media calendar. Leverage AI-enhanced scheduling tools (like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) to predict optimal posting times and maximize organic reach.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze digital campaign metrics. Use AI-driven analytics to conduct rapid A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and adjust strategies in real-time for maximum ROI.
Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis: Deploy AI-powered social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, track competitor activity, gauge audience sentiment, and identify emerging trends we can capitalize on.
Human-in-the-Loop Quality Control: Rigorously review, edit, and fact-check all AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate, highly engaging, free of bias, and perfectly aligned with our brand's unique tone of voice.
SEO & Web Optimization: Assist in utilizing AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and updating website copy to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
