Role & responsibilities Proven experience managing YouTube channels, preferably in the entertainment or media industry. Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. Good Understanding for Podcast video edits Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Analytical skills Problem Solving skills Ability to learn & work in a fast-paced environment High business acumen with keen focus on profitability Hands on experience Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus Preferred candidate profile Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Motion Graphics, VFX Artist, Animator, Designer, Video Content Creator, Multimedia designer.
