Good Practical Knowledge of setting up MS Intune and operate Intune in BAU setting up various configuration profiles. Work with Security team to finetune Device security parameters through Intune platform Set up Windows automatic Intune enrollment Register devices as Autopilot devices Create a device group Configure and assign Autopilot Enrollment Status Page (ESP), Multiple ESP profiles setup Create and assign Autopilot profile Deploy the device Configuring OOBE Able to put End to End solution for Hardware devices settings, Bios, Firmware update, Application patches update, working with OEM vendor for providing details for OEM image for all the Device models Setup Intune Auto pilot equal to creating new images and standardize the image and push to devices. UAT testing and certification for Vendor OEM Image. Windows Auto pilot for existing devices Producing Device compliance status and work on remediations. Producing Quality report from MS Intune Platform. Good knowledge of working in ITIL based ticketing tool Good knowledge in Incident, Problem, Change management for the Intune Environment.
