-Make outbound calls to existing customers
-Renew insurance policies of existing customers
-Explain policy benefits, renewal offers, and coverage details
-Convince customers and close renewals effectively
-Achieve renewal and retention targets
-Update customer details and renewal status accurately.
Shift Timings & Week Offs:
9:15AM to 6:30 PM
5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Week-Offs
