Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Head with 15+ years of experience to lead service operations, improve customer satisfaction, enhance process efficiency, and drive overall service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end service operations and ensure quality service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and manage service teams and department heads.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and implement effective resolution strategies.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Prepare performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

15+ years of experience in the service industry, preferably in service operations or customer service leadership.
Proven experience in managing large teams and service delivery functions.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in KPI management, escalation handling, and process optimization.
Experience in financial services, business services, or compliance services is preferred.
Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
