Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting new clients/customers/employees during the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients/customers/employees.
• Collect and verify required documents and information.
• Maintain onboarding records and update internal systems accurately.
• Communicate onboarding steps and timelines clearly to candidates/customers.
• Provide support and resolve basic queries during the onboarding process.
• Follow up with candidates/customers to ensure completion of onboarding formalities.
• Work closely with internal teams such as HR, Operations, and Support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare onboarding reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Fresher candidates can apply.
• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
