Job Description

We are seeking a skilled VTOL Pilot with 1-2 years of experience in flying fixed-wing VTOL aircraft. As a VTOL Pilot , you will be responsible for safely operating our aircraft during vertical take-offs and landings, as well as during horizontal flight. Your duties will include conducting pre-flight inspections, ensuring the aircraft is airworthy, and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate fixed-wing VTOL aircraft during vertical and horizontal flight phases. Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Communicate effectively with ground crew and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate flight logs and records of aircraft performance. Adhere to all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies. Continuously monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as necessary. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills Hold a valid pilots license with specific endorsements for VTOL aircraft Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a pilot flying fixed-wing VTOL aircraft. Strong understanding of VTOL aircraft systems, performance characteristics, and operational procedures. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
